About the Pink

The paper

For a hundred years, Saturday evening meant the football special: a pink or green paper on the streets within an hour of the final whistle, carrying every result, every scorer and a report from the ground. The Football Pink brings that paper back, online.

We publish the Premier League, Championship, League One and League Two: a full edition within twenty minutes of the final whistle on Saturdays, a rolling Sunday Pink, and midweek editions whenever there is football.

What is in it

Match reports, every result with scorers, the Classified Results read aloud, Stop Press, the league tables, readers' letters and The Rumour Mill, our daily round-up of transfer gossip.

Who writes it

Reports carry the byline "Our Special Correspondent", the paper's house byline. Every report is built from named, published sources, which are credited on the page. Read our editorial and corrections policy.
